⏱️ 2-Minute Dhamma (Ep. 10/10)

“You may circle the globe seeking peace; yet you will never touch it until you journey home to your own center.”

1. Seconds 0–30: The Daily Friction

Amidst geopolitical crises, economic volatility, family drama, and career stress, human beings feel intensely fragile, perpetually searching outward for security—clinging to assets, titles, or approval.

2. Seconds 31–75: The Dharma Paradigm Shift

External fortresses are built of dust. The Buddha’s parting instruction echoes across millennia: ‘Attā hi attano nātho’ (You are your own sovereign refuge). Inside the geometry of your vessel lies the Sacred Sanctuary of the 7th Base—a primordial citadel of crystal light that no economic crash or external storm can penetrate.

3. Seconds 76–105: The 30-Second Micro-Action

For 30 seconds: Return to your eternal home. Close your eyes. Softly rest attention at the 7th base of the mind, two finger-breadths above the navel. Visualize an indestructible diamond sun shining with warm, serene brilliance, enveloping your existence in absolute divine safety.

Seconds 106–120: Pocket Wisdom

“No matter how violently the worldly storms howl, your sacred sanctuary is always just one centered breath away.”

Carry this stillness with you into your day. See you in the next episode.
