Executive Summary: Karma of Bullying and Physically Abusing the Weak

A case study from the Dream in Dream Kindergarten exposing the terrifying doom of cruelty. Systematically bullying, mocking, or physically abusing weaker individuals, the disabled, or subordinates guarantees the perpetrator will suffer relentless beatings in hell, be born physically frail, and spend a lifetime as the helpless victim of severe bullying and abuse.

1. The Predator of the Defenseless

In a past life, this man was born into privilege and possessed a highly toxic, arrogant personality. He thrived on intimidation and actively “Bullied and Tormented the Weak.” During his youth, he formed gangs to extort, mock, and brutally beat classmates who were physically smaller or mentally disabled, purely to assert his dominance. Later, as an employer, he constantly humiliated, overworked, and physically abused his defenseless laborers. The more his victims cried and trembled in fear, the more powerful and entertained he felt. Deriving pleasure from inflicting physical and psychological trauma on those unable to defend themselves generates an incredibly dark, violent karmic stain (Vihimsa).

2. The Retribution of Karma

  • The 1st Major Hell (Sanjiva Naraka): The instant he died, his soul was dragged violently into Sanjiva Naraka. He was surrounded by massive, terrifying hell wardens who mercilessly ganged up on him, beating him to a pulp with spiked iron clubs. He ran frantically in absolute terror, begging for mercy, but was shown none. He was beaten to death, instantly resurrected by the hellish winds, and beaten again—enduring this relentless bullying for millions of eons.
  • Physical Frailty and Deformity: When the karma permits a human rebirth, the residual cruelty severely limits his biological strength. He is karmically guaranteed to be born “Physically Frail, Sickly, or Disabled.” He will lack the physical strength or coordination to ever defend himself, physically embodying the weakness he once mocked in others.
  • The Eternal Victim of Severe Bullying: The karmic wheel executes flawless poetic justice. No matter where he goes—school, the workplace, or social gatherings—he will inexplicably become the “Magnet for Severe Bullying and Abuse.” He will be constantly targeted, mocked, extorted, and physically assaulted by thugs and abusers, forced to live his entire life in a state of paralyzing fear, trauma, and severe depression.

3. Spiritual Solutions

Luang Por Dhammajayo issues a stern warning: “True strength is using your power to protect the weak, not to crush them.” Bullying is the ultimate act of spiritual cowardice. Anyone who has a history of school bullying, domestic abuse, or brutally mistreating employees must instantly and permanently halt this violent behavior. They must actively seek out their past victims to beg for absolute forgiveness. To desperately mitigate this dark karma, they must fiercely protect the defenseless, donate heavily to orphanages and disability foundations, and practice intense Metta (Loving-kindness) meditation, praying that their new protective acts can shield them from the severe abuse waiting in their future.
