Easy but Deep 2 EP.24: First Priority — Ourselves — Don't rush to die just yet — find the Dhamma body within, the Triple Gem within, first. Don't let days and nights pass by without the mind coming to rest right here.
Easy but Deep 2 EP.23: How to Practice Dhamma — The first stop is a little difficult. It's difficult at first, not very hard — it's the moment we bring the mind back to rest at the center of the body, because we are used to sending the mind outside.
Easy but Deep 2 EP.22: Stop and Be Still — Then Practice Expanding and Contracting — When the mind is still, our mind and the clear sphere become one. If you can do it, imagine that sphere expanding larger and larger, comfortably.
Easy but Deep 2 EP.21: When Still, It Must Expand — If we are still, it will expand. If not still, it becomes narrow... When it is still, it must expand — feel at ease, even if you see nothing yet.
Easy but Deep 2 EP.20: Whatever You See, Practice Until You Become One with It — Whatever you see, you must practice until you become it — become one with it. The method: stop and be still in a light, comfortable way, and practice it repeatedly every day, consistently.
