EP.29 : ยากพอสู้ง่ายพอดี

ยากตอนแรก ที่ทำอย่างไรใจกลับมาอยู่กับเนื้อกับตัว เพราะมันเตลิดเปิดเปิงกระเจิงไปตั้งนานแล้ว แต่คำว่า “ยาก” ในที่นี้ มันไม่ใช่ว่ายากมาก หรือยากจนทำไม่ได้ อยู่ในระดับยากไม่มาก แต่ก็ง่ายไม่มาก อยู่ในระดับยากพอสู้ ง่ายพอดี เราต้องมีความเพียร มีความขยัน มีสติ สบาย สม่ำเสมอ แล้วก็หมั่นสังเกตว่า ทำถูกหลักวิชชาไหม ถูกวิธีไหม ถ้ามีอย่างนี้แล้ว ต้องเข้าถึงกันทุกคน
