Turn meditation experiences into lessons

During meditation, different feelings, images, and states of calm may arise. The important point is not to rush to decide how special an experience is, but to learn from it and return to the foundation of practice.

If something brings calm, learn to preserve ease. If something creates distraction, learn to let it go. If expectation appears, recognize it and return to stillness. In this way, every experience can become a teacher rather than an object of attachment.

Do not become attached to experiences

Inner experiences can change, so they should not become a measure of personal worth or spiritual status. Let calmness, consistency, and awareness be the main standards.

Whatever arises, use it to train the mind toward greater steadiness and goodness. This keeps meditation grounded in learning rather than craving.
