Easy but Deep 2 | EP.60 | What Did the Buddha Awaken To? Learning Through Stillness

Date:

Share post:

The question of what the Buddha awakened to points beyond memorizing an idea. In this teaching tradition, awakening is approached through practice: bringing the mind to stillness and learning reality through direct inner experience.

From Knowing About Dharma to Knowing Through Practice

Listening and reading can show us a direction, but deeper understanding develops when the mind becomes calm and steady. Meditation gives us an opportunity to observe the difference between thought, emotion, and inner stillness.

Stillness Without Force

Stillness is not achieved by fighting the mind. It develops by reducing distraction and gently maintaining attention at the appropriate inner point.

Key reflection: Dharma should not remain only as information. Bring it into practice so understanding can grow from within.
