Easy but Deep 2 | EP.65 | Meditation Is Not Difficult

Meditation becomes easier when we do not turn it into a struggle. A comfortable body and relaxed mind are the foundation. From there, the practitioner gently allows the mind to become still rather than forcing concentration.

Comfort before refinement

Trying too hard to see an image or achieve a result can create tension. A better approach is to relax, reduce expectation, and let stillness develop naturally.

Consistency makes practice familiar

Easy does not mean effortless. Regular practice helps the mind become familiar with returning to its inner focus. Over time, the same calm approach can be brought into ordinary activities as well.

Progress should not be measured only by visions or unusual experiences. Notice whether the mind is becoming lighter, calmer, and more consistent. Those changes are valuable signs of a healthier practice.
