Luang Por teaches that “Samma Arahang” means thinking, speaking, and doing everything rightly, and then we will be far from the suffering of life, moving from impurity to purity, freed from the defilements and mental fermentations. Like a fish that escapes from the trap that confined it and never has to return to that trap again, or like a chick that breaks free from its eggshell, becoming fully itself.
