🇹🇭 บทความนี้มีฉบับภาษาไทย: ง่ายแต่ลึก 2 EP.35 ใจเบา สมาธิจึงง่าย →

Meditation does not require effort that makes the mind heavy. A light, cool, and comfortable attitude is an important foundation for practice.

When we pressure ourselves, demand quick results, or try to control every detail, the mind becomes tense. Instead, gradually release unnecessary effort.

Sit comfortably and let attention rest naturally. Keep awareness gently with the inner center without forcing it. When the mind becomes light, there is room for peace.

Easy practice does not mean doing nothing. It means practicing without creating additional suffering for ourselves.

Check for Unnecessary Tension

Notice whether the body is tightening, the breath is being controlled, or the mind is demanding a particular result. When you notice tension, soften rather than fight it.

Let Attention Become Natural

Keep awareness gently with the practice. If attention wanders, return without irritation. A relaxed return is more sustainable than forcing concentration.

Light Does Not Mean Careless

A comfortable practice can still be sincere and disciplined. The aim is to remove unnecessary struggle while maintaining awareness and continuity.
