Whenever we begin to sit and close our eyes, let’s start from the point that is easy for us first — the point where it feels comfortable and relaxed. Because everyone still has gross duties; we must earn a living and carry on worldly trade, and those coarse matters will make our mind coarse as well. This point matters, and then we continue to train from there.
