EP.25 : When We Are Radiant, the World Shines Too

To remedy pressing the eyeballs: imagine that this center of the body expands out to the edge of the universe, and that our body is like a clear crystal sitting in the very center, simply staying still. Thinking this way also works. Wherever the mind is at ease, we use that. Our only duty now is to be still, without considering whether we see anything or not. Make the mind still and calm, and master this first: be still comfortably — still, gentle, soft, tender, smooth. Keep the mind clear and calm, and we will begin to feel openness, lightness, buoyancy, and ease — the body may expand, may disappear, or may fall from a height. It may swoop down, it may fall — don’t resist or hold back, don’t be startled or afraid. Just stay still and calm: soon there will be a reward for those who can remain completely calm.
